Friday Ratings: The Price is Right for CBS

A special episode of The Price is Right did more for CBS last night than Dennis Miller’s AMNE$IA did for NBC.
8pm
- The Price is Right (9.4 million, 2.5/8 in 18-49) was the night’s biggest draw.
- 1 vs. 100 (7.6 million, 2.1/6) was down by 400,000.
- A Bones* rehash (2.3/7) brought in 7 million.
- Grey’s Anatomy* (4 million, 1.0/3) was up by a 1/2 mil.
- Friday Night Smackdown (4.7 million, 1.4/4) threw down 200,000 more than last week.

I hope this is a place to give my opinion regarding the Price Is Right.
Drew Cary may think he is funny but I cannot stand to listen to him. He says some of the most inappropriate things on the show. When one of the girls walked away and said what a “Bitchy something ?” This took the cake. His referral to God and prayer is mentioned in an attitude of sarcasm and almost sounds like he is making fun of God. Also his repetition makes him sound like a retarded person. I have been in the audience and the laughs have to coming from Rich’s encouragement to yell, laugh or applaud. I have watched for the contestants but I am about to quit watching it until Drew Cary is out of there.
