BTVS Reunion

It has been nearly five years since that fateful May night when BTVS fans witnessed the end of their beloved TV series. The following years, fans have intently watched as their favorite characters have branched off to new projects, leaving little hope of a BTVS movie, which so many “Buffy” lovers have longed and hoped for. According to the Paley Fest’s site, Amber Benson (“Tara Maclay”), Nicholas Brendon (“Xander Harris”), Charisma Carpenter (“Cordelia Chase”), Emma Caulfield (“Anya”), Eliza Dushku (“Faith”), Sarah Michelle Gellar (“Buffy Summers”), Seth Green (“Oz”), James Marsters (“Spike”), Michelle Trachtenberg (“Dawn Summers”), and even mastermind Joss Whedon himself are all slated to appear. This will mark the first event many of the cast members have been seen together for at least six years. There are no details yet as to what the event entails; however, general admission to the event can be purchased here if interested.

The Paley Fest also includes TV events from ABC’s critically-acclaimed new show Pushing Daisies, NBC’s new hit, Chuck, popular reality TV show Dancing with the Stars, and FX’s newer drama starring Glenn Close, Damages.  There’ll be a night featuring comedic genius as well.

This year will mark the Paley Fest’s 25th anniversary.
