MTV If you’re a fan of Nick Cannon’s MTV improv show Nick Cannon Presents Wild N’ Out, be on the lookout for the next Cannon endeavor: Nick Cannon Presents: Short Circuitz. Circuitz has been green-lit for eight episodes on MTV, beginning in early 2007 in the “10 Spot.” The show is a sketch comedy format, a la Saturday Night Live, featuring Cannon (who also created the series and exec produces). Joining him are Affion Crockett, Eliza Coupe, Leonard Robinson, Taran Killam and Katt Williams. His Wild N’Out series is currently in its third season. MTV signed Cannon for a production deal during the summer—Cannon remarked, “It is an honor that MTV and its executives have given me another opportunity to express my creativity.” If you haven’t seen his MTV show, you may have seen him in the 2002 film Drumline or heard him in the animated film Monster House.
