VH1’s unexpected reality hit will return for a second season as soon as October 23. For those of us who got addicted to the series, it’s a been a long, hard detox (made tolerable at times only because the media has done its best to keep us all apprised of casting news, future tidbits and other behind-the-scenes extras). Need a quick fix? VH1 has unveiled the Rehab trailer to give us all a little dose of what we’ve all been missing. Ready for a relapse?

Many faces on the trailer are familiar (or were, once), while others may seem fairly new (honestly, I had no idea Rod Stewart even had a son). Gary Busey, Nikki McCabe (of American Idol fame), Steven Adler (who drummed for Guns ‘N Roses), Sean Stewart (referenced above), Tawny Kitaen (yes! It is that chick from that music video) and Amber Smith (who? I’m not sure) are part of the celebrity cast seeking help from this season. Rodney King (yes, as in the 1990s) will also try to sort some things out. Viewers of the first season will recognize Jeff Conaway, who gained much attention during his first Rehab stint. He’s back to get dried out, hopefully for good this time.

And what about , who successfully completed her Rehab stint only to suffer a relapse shortly after the show wrapped? Sierra was sentenced to a year at the Pasadena Recovery Center (where the show is filmed) but was also expressly forbid to appear around microphones or cameras during her stay. Sierra’s lawyer, John Fitzgibbons, petitioned courts to allow the songstress to return on the series for the second season.

It is unclear whether or not Sierra obtained permission to appear on the set…but she’s not visible in the VH1 trailer. The video is surprisingly touching and intense, just enough to whet the appetite for more. Remember to take Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew in small doses. You’re liable to get hooked to this fabulous, heartfelt reality show. Don’t believe me? Just check out the trailer:

A Spears fan wrote, "I don't like you or your stinking, horrible, abusive report! ... I, however, love Britney." Another fan wrote, "Britney Spears is a legend, a great performer. http://how-much-does-britney-spears-weigh.com She is our idol and nothing you say about that concert will change that. It still hurts to think you didn't see how many people she touched that night. ... What I saw was hard work and determination, great dance moves, catchy lyrics, and positive songs"

I think they should post things on air while taking positive intentions of addicts and addiction control centers interest's high.

you are right moviefreak

I agree with your views and thankful for sharing the views.

well i can only say that the idea was good but its really hard to justice with such subject. but it could be a great show but it didnt

It is just for the promotion of the show. Nothing is true in it. I don't believe in such things.
