‘Desperate Housewives’ In Need of New Drama

Desperate HousewivesSuicide. Homicide. A parade of death. It’s what made Desperate Housewives must-watch TV…but is the dramatic series losing it’s former magic?

Season 4 has been unimpressive, and most of the Housewives buzz has died down as affairs continue, lies flourish, and no main characters have suffered deadly circumstances. Should the producers kill off a main character just to spice it up a bit? The series has settled into a frightening comfort zone where fans know the central female unit will remain unchanged; a plot-spoiler and one big ho-hum for a show that started out with such intensity. Surprise us, already.

I think you’re very wrong. This season has been fantastic. Stop nagging…it’s Grey’s that has gotten boring. I’d much rather watch DH.
