Daytime icon recently jumped into the fray and media frenzy surrounding Chris Brown and Rihanna on her talk show, speaking out against domestic violence and speaking personally to the singing star.

“Love doesn’t hurt,” Winfrey said more than once, contradicting several famous rock songs and more than one long-revered poet. “If a man hits you once, he will hit you again!” She stated passionately.

“Heal yourself first,” Oprah advised the pair, suggesting counseling for each of them before they dive back into a relationship with each other.

This speech is one of the many events in a media maelstrom that followed Chris Brown’s arrest last month. The singer will face charges of brutality against on April 6, violence which allegedly stemmed from a fight between the couple that resulted in serious injuries to Rihanna.

I think Oprah need to mind her own business. She don’t know the facts She just want to make money off of them like the other media outlets are doing.

Couples have always had fights and augurments since the begining of time,she don’t want to realized that counseling does work,and couples go on to live a happy live.People need to thank more of positive thing instead of negative thing.
