The Latest Dancing with the Stars Rumors

Since our last report two weeks ago, the latest Dancing with the Stars rumors have been dished out a rapid pace. And we still have another two weeks to go until the final cast is announced!

According to TMZ, Toni Braxton will be one of the competitors hitting the floor this fall. If the buzz is true, this decision would be very interesting considering the singer’s recent issues. Braxton was forced to cancel her Las Vegas show back in May citing health reasons. (While the specific problem was not revealed, Toni has been treated for hypertension and pericarditis in the past.)

It’s also been reported that Ty Murray and Jewel will be taking part in DWTS’ next season as well. This would make it the first time a couple - a recently married one at that - would be competing against each other. (If you remember, Lisa Rinna and Harry Hamlin participated at different times.)

While it remains to be seen whether the first two rumors are real, we do know of two more people staying out of the mix. Last week, Dan Marino’s rep said that the former Miami Dolphins QB has turned down multiple requests to be on the show. Meanwhile, Denise Richards recently told Access Hollywood that she wasn’t going to be a part of the program. (Though in her case, it wasn’t quite clear if she was even asked.)
