The Lohan vs. Cooper Battle Continues
Posted by Veronica Santiago Categories: Prime Time, Reality, Talk Shows, ABC, Cable, Syndication, Gossip, News, Video
Earlier this week on Live with Regis and Kelly, guest host Anderson Cooper offered his unedited opinions about the “train wreck” also known as Living Lohan. (You can view that hilarious segment here.)
In addition to calling the Lohan clan “horrific people,” he said that Ali Lohan was “allegedly a 14-year-old girl” who “looks to be about 60.” (For the record, I completely agree with that remark.)
And as Cooper had predicted, it didn’t take long before Dina Lohan offered her response to the journalist’s comments. (After all, that’s how she makes her money. She picks up the phone and makes sure statements are retracted.) Later that day, the mama bear told OK! that the “cruel” anchor would get it in the end. “This is bad karma for him.”
Read More Anderson, apparently not phased by the scolding, again addressed the topic on his own CNN program. Unfortunately, he wasn’t prepared to offer Dina the apology she was probably seeking. In fact, he was armed with even more digs. (You can see that portion below.) Now Michael Lohan (ooooh) has thrown himself into the mix. In an interview with Access Hollywood, Ali’s father said Cooper shouldn’t be talking trash about other people’s families. “I think Anderson Cooper is an opinionated, hypocritical idiot who should be an adult and keep his opinion to himself. He is the last person to judge anyone, when he and his own family have their own issues.” My question is: If you are going to make a reality show about your life…aren’t you making your life open for comment? Just a thought.

Well, Miss Veronica Santiago, about that last comment that you made about Michael’s response: “My question is: If you are going to make a reality show about your life…aren’t you making your life open for comment? Just a thought.”, well the thing is the show isn’t about him, he isn’t even on it so he has a right to defend his daughter. Yes making a show about your life does mean that it is open to comments but Anderson doesn’t have to be so personal and saying that Ali looks 60! It is rude and immature, even Ali is more mature than that and I’m sure Anderson wouldn’t want someone to tell him that he looks gay! So he just doesn’t have to be so brutal, I don’t know if he ws doing it for popularity or what but i don’t see ow you can just agree with himabout her looks, because Anderson’s remark wasn’t ‘commenting’ it was inappropriate immaturity.

I do hope though that my comment didn’t offend anyone.
