This Week on TV (7/12-7/18)

MONDAY (7/12)
  • Kid in a Candy Store (Food, 8pm):  “Creative cakes are sampled, including deep-fried cupcake sundaes from a sweets shop in Somerville, Mass.” Desserts for people who need to multi-task.
  • Cake Boss (TLC, 9pm):  “A 6-ft. cake in the shape of a sub sandwich is made for a local deli’s 100th anniversary.” Unfortunately, Jared Fogle won’t be able to eat it.
  • Warren the Ape (MTV, 10:30pm):  “Warren pretends he’s gay, thinking it will do wonders for his acting career.” He clearly doesn’t subscribe to Rupert Everett‘s newsletter.
TUESDAY (7/13)
  • Rescue Me (FX, 10pm):  “Tommy also vows to stop drinking (again)—-except for wine.” That “Two Buck Chuck” is just too good of a deal.
  • Memphis Beat (TNT, 10pm):  “A mysterious someone tries to kill a barbecue king.” The marinated deathbed proved premeditation.
  • The Hills (MTV, 10pm):  “The series concludes.” May the term “” die with it.

WEDNESDAY (7/14)
  • Minute to Win It (NBC, 8pm):  “An engaged couple work together in a can-stacking challenge in a bid to win cash for their dream nuptials.” It’ll be the first - and last - time they do the recycling together.
  • Billy the Exterminator (A&E, 10pm):  “Billy tries to catch a skunk that’s a threat to a couple’s young daughter.” He’s later helps exterminate the snake that’s dating their oldest daughter.
  • Clean House (Style, 10pm):  “A designer tries to reduce the number of her own decoration creations in her home.” She decides to consolidate the items in one big collage.

THURSDAY (7/15)
  • Mary Knows Best (Syfy, 9pm):  Series premiere. “Radio-show host and author Mary Occhino tries to launch a store with her son’s help and attempts to find a suitable suitor for her daughter in the opener of the reality series following the popular psychic and her family.” Mary sees a future with her daughter still living at home and wants to change that.
  • Bethenny Getting Married? (Bravo, 10pm):  “In the wake of their wedding, Bethenny and Jason bask in their tropical honeymoon on the island of St. Barts. But the stress begins to mount when the topic turns to the looming arrival of their baby.” Jason fears Bethenny might rip his dick off during childbirth.
  • Family Renovation (DIY, 10pm):  Series premiere. “The series opener introduces the Grants, a family of seven, whose home will be completely gutted and renovated while they’re living in it.” Big whoop. The family was already living in the house while the kids were simultaneously destroying it.

FRIDAY (7/16)
  • Garage Mahal (DIY, 8:30pm):  “A barn-style garage is converted into a private screening room for a couple who work in the entertainment industry.” Unfortunately, they just couldn’t afford to pay for the 3-D tickets conversion.
  • Eureka (Syfy, 9pm):  “A robotic law enforcer is back on the job.” And you thought that Robocop remake was never going to happen.
  • Flashpoint (CBS, 10pm):  “A carjacking results in a young man and a baby being held hostage, and the SRU team members attempt to end the situation without anyone being harmed.” After being rescued, Jeremy London said he and the child were forced to down baby bottles of milk.

SUNDAY (7/18)
  • Revenge of the Bridesmaids (ABC Family, 8pm):  “Two women (Raven-Symoné and JoAnna Garcia) try to sabotage their former friend’s wedding by becoming her bridesmaids.” That’s sooo Raven.
  • Scoundrels (ABC, 9pm):  “Cheryl worries about the future of her marriage.” She’s not sure if their show vows will ever get renewed.
  • Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami (E!, 10pm):  “A Dash employee faces a serious medical concern.” This is what happens when you let your sister handle your bikini wax.
