Tom Cruise…and The Hills?
In one of those bizarre celebrity pairings, three time Academy Award nominee Tom Cruise recently sat down with MTV reality star Spencer Pratt. Er…sort of.
Cruise apparently stopped to chat on The Hills After Show (seriously, yes, there’s an after show) and ended up talking to a picture of Spencer Pratt (who I guess is way too cool to actually attend the after show). The famously married movie star offered up some pearls of wisdom to the newly-married TV personality.
Read More Namely, Cruise doesn’t necessarily approve of the Spencer Pratt-Heidi Montag elopement, which for some reason is still making headlines all over the entertainment media (it’s a slow news month). Cruise’s comments can be heard in the above video clip. Now, Pratt has responded. Apparently even he isn’t immune to the actor’s charm. According to Usmagazine.com, Spencer Pratt isn’t completely closed to the idea of a big wedding celebration - not anymore. “You all know how I feel about big weddings, but if Tom Cruise says so, it must be true,” said Pratt. “If Tom’s the best man, we’ll have a big wedding!” Don’t break out the wedding garb just yet, Heidi. It’s doubtful that Tom Cruise had ever even heard of The Hills before he somehow ended up on set at MTV. I don’t think he’ll be standing up at the Pratt wedding any time soon.
