Rosie O’Donnell On Star Jones

Rosie O’Donnell has avoided comment on the drama-filled departure of Star Jones from The View. She did coyly reply that her opinion of Star was well-known.

ABC has temporarily replaced Jones with actress Renee Elise Goldsberry, from One Life to Live. O’Donnell joins the morning talk show this fall.

The real question, however, is if Rosie, like Ellen, will suddenly remove all traces of lesbianism from her life once she is on daytime TV.

If Rosie was annoyed at Star for having gastric bypass and not telling anyone, why didn’t Rosie tell the world she was gay when she was on TV?-claiming to have a crush on Tom Cruise. She is a hypocrite too!

Yeah, I have to agree with the above comment. I just think that these TV “stars” shouldn’t share any of their personal drama at all. If it leaks out, then fine, there’s nothing they can do about it. But otherwise, I wish they wouldn’t invite trouble (and publicity) like this.
