The 5 Relationships We Most Want To See On TV
Be they romantic, friendly, or of another ilk, there are some TV show relationships that are long overdue. Here are our top 5 picks.
- Warrick and Catherine, CSI. Enough already! They’ve flirted for years, exchanging compliments, coy looks, and secret smiles. The fans are ready for some action. Dump the other lady, Warrick, and cozy up to Cath!
- Izzie and George, Grey’s Anatomy. Fans have lost patience with the increasingly dull storyline of lost love between Meredith and McDreamy. It’s time to turn our attention to the far more interesting—and fan favorites—Izzie and George. With their strong convictions and sweet vulnerability, Izzie and George are a match made in heaven. True, many fans would rather see Izzie end up with Alex, but come on…wouldn’t you love to see George happy?
- House, M.D.’s Dr. Gregory House and…frankly, anyone! Though he does have a terrific friendship with Wilson, House desperately needs some lovin’. Whether it be with Stacey, Cameron, or some crazy patient, we’d love to see House win—and offer—some long-overdue affection.
- The familial reconciliation of Lorelai and Richard Gilmore of Gilmore Girls. Though the show focuses almost exclusively on Lorelai’s relationship with her mother in the area of family plotlines, the bond between father and daughter seems much more intriguing to us. The two are so alike, and though it’s not often addressed, it’s obvious that Richard’s approval means a great deal to Lorelai. Whose heart doesn’t break a little each time Lorelai acknowledges that Rory is a ‘replacement’ daughter for Richard? Here’s hoping the seventh season will patch up things between these two hot-headed Gilmores.
- Rory and Jess of Gilmore Girls. We never though we’d be a Jess supporter. For years, we prayed for the return of Dean, The Perfect Man Machine. But Jess’s brief appearance earlier in the season left us wanting more, and showcased his increasing maturity. We loved that he called Rory on the bad choices she was making, and who could miss the sparks between them? Rory: Dump the dull Logan, and give Jess a call!

Rory and Jess!!!! If you go back and watch all the episodes, Jess is Rory’s only boyfriend who truly understood what she wanted to do with her life…Dean is BORING…Logan is definately not boring, but would probably only be able to see Rory as a Trophy Wife.

I think Rory and Jess just have “it”, the chemistry that just screams we belong together.

Jess and Rory… its always been them for me. They have chemistry and understand eachother without saying a word. They can say ‘I love you’ just by looking into eachothers eyes.
Logan and Rory just have sex theres nothing there between them besides that.

Rory and Jess had the relationship every girl wants becuase hes the bad boy attitude and she has the sweet innocent girl vibe. They should definatly bring them back it would give not only a extra kick to the show but they really love eachotehr u could tell and the show would get a lot more viewers becuase come on everyone loves Jess Mariano!

Nice to know that Catherine and Warrick are in the list. Everybody loves that couple to be in a romantic relationship. They have been there for each other since the first season and the attraction between them is undeniable.
Grissom and Sara? I say no to the one sided relationship. That will be the demise of CSI if G/S will happen.

ITA Rissa I would love to see Catherine and Warrick as well. I’m tired of all the teasing. I want Warrick to realize what a mistake he made marrying Tina and go after Catherine. I love the chemistry between these two. It truely is undeniable.

OMG JESS AND RORY ALL THE WAY! I LOVEE THEM TOGETHER!! I was really upset that Jess was gone, but (i don’t know if anyu of you know this..) Milo decided to leave the show, and that’s why Jess left in the 3rd season. The reason he made appearances after the 3rd seasonw as because he agreed to it. I really really really really really think that Milo should come back to the show and that Jess and Rory should be together. I hate Logan! PLEASE BRING JESS BACK!! Oh and did anybody hear that Milo and Alexis are talking about MARRIAGE? Could you imagine what their kids would look like?

OMG! Jess and rory belong together. They are the perfect couple and whenever I see Rory;s face I think of how unhappy she would be if Jess and her didnt grow up and be together like they should. I lOVE JESS AND ALWAYS WILL! He proved to Rory he was an adult but she still refused to be with him oblivious to the chaos with her life. Jess is the guy for Rory, they have so much passion between them and they need eachother. PLEASE COME BACK MILO WE LOVE YOU!
