Bryan Cranston and Anthony Hopkins inset

Breaking Bad has won the hearts of many critics and viewers everywhere, and now Academy Award winner Anthony Hopkins has made it a point to declare his admiration for its star, Bryan Cranston, and the rest of the cast.

In a letter addressed to Mister Cranston - which was posted on the show's Facebook by Cranston's co-star Steven Michael Quezada - Hopkins writes, "I’ve  just finished a marathon of watching Breaking Bad from episode one of the first season – to the last eight episodes of the sixth season. I have never watched anything like it. Brilliant! Your performance as Walter White was the best acting I have seen – ever. I know there is so much smoke-blowing and sickening ######## in this business, and I’ve sort of lost belief in anything really. But this work of yours is absolutely stunning."

Eddie Cibrian with his sons and Leann RimesBrandi Glanville's sons won't appear on her ex-husband's new reality TV show. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, 40, insisted her boys, Mason, nine, and Jake, six, will not feature on Eddie Cibrian's new series with his wife LeAnn Rimes, which will air on VH1 later this year or in early 2014.

The couple, who first revealed in May that they were developing their own TV series, will star in six half-hour episodes, as they want to take control of the way the public sees them. They were previously said to have decided not to feature Eddie's sons on the show but a press release this week confirmed it would focus on LeAnn's role as a stepmother, "learning how to navigate the co-parenting of Eddie's two sons."

But Brandi clarified on Twitter on Friday morning that their sons will not be on the show. "GM [Good Morning] my fancy kids don't want 2 wake up but they R being picked up by dad 2 go 2 Aspen! Fancy! PS. no they won't be on eddies show #safetravels (Sic)" she wrote.

John OliverJohn Oliver wants Queen Elizabeth to appear on The Daily Show.

The British-born comedian is set to take over the reins of the show from Jon Stewart for three months and revealed his ideal guest would be the 87-year-old monarch.

"I promise you I will do everything in my power to get Her Majesty the queen as a guest. If I can't get her, I will try to get Helen Mirren dressed as the queen. If that doesn't work, I'll get Senator Mitch McConnell and have him dressed as either the queen or Helen Mirren. If any one of those works out, I guarantee you will see the most awkward, borderline treasonous, yet memorable interview in the history of television," he wrote in the latest issue of GQ.

John also joked he plans to have all of his guests take an oath of allegiance to the British flag during his stint as host: "Each show will begin with a pledge of allegiance to the Union Jack. This is non-negotiable, and I think it'll help with the guest-booking. I'm looking forward to this summer. It's going to be one of the strangest experiences of my life, and I hope you'll share it with me. Think of it this way: It's still going to be everything you love about The Daily Show, just without the thing that you love most about it."

Kevin and Danielle JonasKevin Jonas says his reality show can be like therapy.

The Jonas Brothers singer tied the knot with Danielle Deleasa in December 2009 and their relationship is chronicled in TV show Married to Jonas, and he is thankful the program gives the couple the opportunity to review their points of view after a fight.

"The other night we had an argument. Sometimes you say things you don't necessarily mean or can be misconstrued. All you want is for the person to be with you. It came across as me never wanting her to get a job and that I think her place is in the house, and that wasn't my opinion at all. It had to do with me wanting her to be on the road with me. It was a selfish moment for sure, but at the end of the day you look back and think, 'Wow.' Don't you wish you had that option in a relationship to be able to watch back your arguments so you can see who was right and who was wrong? [Can it be like therapy?] Yeah!"

They're like, 'Listen, you got a 5-year-old running around, on bed rest, you just need to do what you want to do most. What is that? Do you want to read magazines? Like what do you want to do?' And I was like, 'I just want to watch the Kardashians, I never watched it before! I just really want to see what this is all about.' And I have since watched every single episode. I love it ... January Jones as Betty Draper

January Jones found filming Mad Men tough when she was pregnant. The 35-year-old actress - who is mother to 18-month-old Xander, but refuses to name the father - had her baby bump disguised in a storyline which saw her character, Betty Francis, put on weight because she was unhappy, and the beauty says each day's shooting was hard.

"When we started filming, I was quite pregnant and had to come into work at 3am each day for six or seven hours of prosthetic make-up," she explained. January added she was "afraid" of the response to her changing appearance, but found the reaction by fans was even better than she imagined: "I was very afraid of how that first episode would look when it aired, but I loved the audience response to her. When she's bigger, viewers are more sympathetic to her."
