Some of the cast members from helped open one of the World Series games recently, delivering an enjoyable version of the national anthem.

The song was brilliantly sung by , who plays Mercedes on the show and was once rejected by American Idol producers (seriously, somebody should get fired over that). On backup you’ll see Lea Michele, Cory Monteith, Chris Colfer, Kevin McHale (with no wheelchair!), Dianna Agron, Mark Salling and Jenna Ushkowitz.

You’ll want to have the sound turned up before you watch this clip, or you’ll miss most of the Glee.
