Watch Sharon Osbourne Go Jerry Springer on a Charm School Contestant

Although we’re still not sure whether Sharon Osbourne is a hair-puller, one thing was definitely made clear last night: the Osbourne matriarch will not tolerate insults about her family.
During yesterday’s Rock of Love Charm School reunion special, the 56-year-old did a fairly decent job keeping her interjections to a minimum while Megan Hauserman blathered about getting her dog fixed. Unfortunately, one of Sharon’s remarks didn’t sit well with the former contestant.
After hearing that she “shouldn’t be allowed to breed,” Megan told Osbourne that the only thing she’s managed to do as a celebrity was take care of her ‘brain dead rock star husband.’ (You can cue the video to the 1:20 mark now.)

‘One Life to Live’ Star Arrested for Assault
Actor Nathaniel Marston, who plays Dr. Michael McBain on ABC’s One Life to Live, was arrested Sunday morning in New York. Unlike other celebrity scandals which usually involve misdemeanors, Marston is facing at least one felony charge.
The actor, who was reportedly enraged after exiting a cab, used a crate to assault three men; one of his victims suffered a broken leg. It’s unclear what ignited his attack, though officers believe he was under the influence of a narcotic at the time. Nathaniel, 32, was arrested for felony assault, reckless endangerment, criminal possession of a weapon and resisting arrest. He was later transported to a local hospital where he was listed as ‘emotionally disturbed’. This would not be Marston’s first brush with the law. Back in 1999, while he was working on CBS’s As The World Turns, he was arrested for taking his rage out on an ATM machine. (Dude, no money means no money.)
It is unknown what the producers of One Life to Live will do about the situation at this point; Nathaniel is currently involved in a major storyline on the show. Meanwhile, a rep for ABC told TVGuide.com that they ‘are aware of the incident and are reviewing the details.’ If fired from OLTL, this would be Marston’s second time around. He was killed off back in 2003 (reportedly due to questionable work habits) but later brought back as a different character due to strong fan reaction.

‘Top Chef’ Star Victim of Anti-Gay Violence
The Labor Day Weekend was unfortunately not a festive one for a former Top Chef contestant. Josie Smith-Malave, the 4th person eliminated last season, claims that she and several of her friends were victims of an anti-gay assault after a birthday celebration earlier this month.
The gals had been partying at Partners Bar in Sea Cliff, NY but were asked to leave when two of the ladies starting ‘dancing together’. (Seriously…‘Partners’ isn’t the name of a gay bar?) As they headed out, a large group followed them outside. From there, the suspects reportedly spat, hurled homophobic insults, threw garbage and started beating on the women. Josie, who is openly gay, says her straight sister was one of the victims. Although the ladies were bruised up, no serious injuries were reported.
Police were called to the scene and are still investigating the incident. Although a few of the accused assailants were still present when officers arrived, no arrests have yet been made.
The current season of Top Chef can still be seen on Wednesdays @ 10pm on Bravo.
UPDATE: Police have since arrested one person related to this incident. Matthew Walli, 20, has been charged with ‘second-degree robbery as a bias crime’ (he had stolen Smith-Malave’s camera). More arrests may still come.
