Rob and Amber Reality Duo Adds Third to the Team

You may remember Rob and Amber Mariano from the two weeks where they stole every single magazine cover in the industry, just after the end of Survivor: All Stars. The pair met and fell in love while filming the reality series, which they went on to win. On the final grand finale for the season, Amber Brkich walked away with $1 million… and an engagement ring from “Boston Rob.” They were soon married on a TV special that detailed their wedding plans and celebration.

The pair went on to second-place success on before they starred in ten episodes of their own reality series, Rob and Amber: Against the Odds. Now, the super couple has added a new member to their team of two: their first baby.

Lucia Rose Mariano was born July 4 in Florida, where the couple now lives. “We are over the moon with happiness at her arrival,” said Rob of the happy event.

90210: What Will Happen to Adrianna’s Baby?

’s reformed bad girl Adrianna has been thrown headlong into one of the most interesting story lines of the whole season: unwanted teen pregnancy. So, what will the Beverly Hills beauty do? Will the character become a teen mother, rearing a child even as she continues with her acting career? Or will the tyke be adopted by a different 90210 character…maybe even Brenda Walsh?

Everyone has a theory, but no one seems to have the scoop - not even the actors. Reporters recently caught up with Maeve Quinlan, who plays Adrianna’s mom on the show, at a poker event. “We still don’t even know,” the actress answered when asked whether or not Adrianna (played by Jessica Lowndes) will keep the child.

Britney Visits Her Babies

Britney SpearsMonday saw the return of babies to their mother…for a visit. Spears got to see her two sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James, for the first time since custody was awarded to ex Kevin Federline. Per court order, a nanny stayed with Spears during the visit. Britney is allowed to have monitored visits with her children every other day, so long as she complies with court orders (such as biweekly drug testing). The week also marked Britney’s first visit with her own mom since June. If Spears continues to follow all court directives, the monitored visitation schedule may be relaxed.

Dr. Drew Pinsky of Loveline fame expressed concern for . No big surprise – a lot of people seem concerned about Spears (and whether she’ll force us to sit through another live performance). But in Dr. Drew’s case, his worry is genuine and heartfelt. Picture a woman who suffers a terrible divorce, highly stressful career, possible postpartum depression, and tons of flak from the media. You’re looking at Britney Spears. Now, Brit’s babies (Sean Preston and Jayden James) have been taken away from her in a court custody ruling which won. Dr. Drew believes Brit could become suicidal as a result of the ruling, which comes on top of her other troubles, a thought that doesn’t seem so far-fetched in the wake of Brit’s recent behavior.

Mary-Louise Parker It’s a girl for Mary-Louise Parker, star of Showtime’s Weeds. The actress, who has a three-year-old son, Will, with her ex Billy Crudup, just adopted a baby from Africa. If you watched the Emmys or read any of the recap info, you know that Parker didn’t win either of the two Emmys she was nominated for this year—for her portrayal as Nancy Botwin on Weeds and for a TV movie role in The Robber Bride. Parker last took home the Emmy award in 2004 for her work on HBO’s Angels in America miniseries. She and Crudup split while Parker was still pregnant with her son, but she told People magazine after his birth, “There are a lot of things I just would not attempt, but taking care of someone—I know how to do. I know how to do that, and I enjoy doing that.” Parker can currently be seen in season three of Weeds as well as opposite Brad Pitt in The Assassination of Jesse James, opening this Friday.
