I realize I’m not the one who does the double takes, but I just today realized how identical Eric Dane (of Grey’s Anatomy) and Leonardo DiCaprio (of too many movies to list) seem to be. Doppelganger!

Celebrity Double-Take: Kelly Rutherford vs. Kelly Rowan

Okay - it’s now time for another one of my random celebrity pairings.  Today, we have Gossip Girl’s Kelly Rutherford (on the left) with The O.C.‘s Kelly Rowan (on the right).

In addition to looking alike, these ladies have several other similarities.

• Both women are obviously named Kelly.
• Both have the initials K.R.
• Both actresses play(ed) rich mothers on a Josh Schwartz-produced show.  (Which completely threw me off because I once thought Kelly Rowan had shifted from CA to New York.)

Celebrity Double-Take: Lohan vs. Grimes

Random thought: 

Am I the only one who thinks Ali Lohan, Lindsay’s little sis (pictured on left), resembles Degrassi’s Shenae Grimes (Darcy)?

(Keep in mind, that’s when Ali was still looking youthful; the 13-year-old now wears enough makeup she could use her sister’s ID.)
