Paulina Porizkova’s Unflattering Remarks About Tyra Banks

UPDATE: The show’s executive producer claims Paulina was simply let go due to the economy.
Those who regularly follow America’s Next Top Model know one thing: Paulina Porizkova is not afraid to speak her mind. Unfortunately for Tyra Banks, the recently fired judge is just as candid off-camera.
During an earlier chat with Craig Ferguson, Paulina implied that her former boss wasn’t the nicest person in the world. Now, in a new interview with Access Hollywood, Porizkova is dishing on the specifics.
Although she claimed to be unaware of her “ego problem,” the former supermodel does fess up to having a problem with one thing: tardiness. “I must admit I was having a little bit of an issue with Tyra being late for every judging. It’s six hours later and I feel like I am being told my time is not as valuable as hers. They pointed out that I should shut up and be grateful for the job and that Tyra is really busy,” Paulina stated. “I think that my little hissy fits about ‘Well, we are all here on time. Why can’t she (Tyra)?’ didn’t go over all that well.”

Tyra Banks may love to talk about herself, but Paulina Porizkova is the one with apparent ego problem.
After only one year and two cycles with America’s Next Top Model, the former supermodel has already been given the boot. Porizkova announced the news last night to talk show host Craig Ferguson. “Listen, do you know why I am in Los Angeles ... because I am looking for a job because I was fired by America’s Next Top Model on my birthday,” the 44-year-old revealed.

The Insider Drops Pat O’Brien…Again
Posted by Veronica Santiago Categories: Syndication, Gossip

After three strikes, Pat O’Brien is officially out at The Insider.
While no official reason was given for the host’s long overdue exit, many believe Pat was axed yesterday as result of a controversial email. An email that became the topper on the 60-year-old’s troubled history with the entertainment program.
Back in 2005, O’Brien was forced to explain himself on a primetime Dr. Phil after sexually explicit voicemails he recorded were leaked. Then in February of this year, he was readmitted into a treatment facility for problems with alcohol abuse. Although it was believed he would be fired after that second public embarrassment, the former host was allowed to return to his job—but only as a correspondent.

As a follow to his arrest in October, actor Nathaniel Marston has now been fired from his job on One Life to Live. The 32-year-old soap opera star was detained last month after attacking three men with a crate in New York. Nathaniel, who police believe was under the influence of a narcotic, was transferred to a local hospital after the incident and listed as ‘emotionally unstable’.
Marston, who played Dr. Michael McBain on the daytime show, was involved in a large storyline at the time of his arrest. It is believed ABC and One Life to Live will now work on recasting his role.

Britney’s Former Bodyguard Witness to Nudity, Drugs
Posted by Veronica Santiago Categories: Gossip, Rumors
The ongoing custody drama between Britney Spears and Kevin Federline just got slightly more interesting. A former bodyguard of Spears, Tony Barretto, reported to court today. He was prepared to testify on the questionable things he saw behind closed doors.
Although he was never called to the stand, Baretto, 28, submitted his detailed accounts into evidence. The former employee—who could bear a grudge against Spears for being abruptly fired—claims he witnessed acts of ‘nudity, drug use and safety issues involving the children’. Unfortunately these accusations are extremely vague (and something we could have all guessed already). Let’s hope the juicy details are leaked soon!
Unfortunately, that wasn’t the only bad news for Brit today. Her lawyer, Laura Wasser, has elected to drop her client and pass her over to a new set of hands. Apparently big bucks aren’t worth the headache.

Isaiah Washington Cut From Grey’s Anatomy
Posted by Veronica Santiago Categories: Drama, Prime Time, ABC, Grey's Anatomy, Gossip, News
After weeks of nail-biting—and some indifference—we now know the fates of Dr. Preston Burke and George O’Malley. After a long delay, ABC has finally renewed T.R. Knight’s contract while opting to cut Isaiah Washington from Grey’s Anatomy. The two actors had been in the middle of a heated controversy since Isaiah used a homophobic slur in reference to Knight.
Despite a recent public-service announcement taped by Washington (the commercial touting tolerance aired during a re-run), the act of contrition was apparently all in vain. The actors and crew were told of the casting decision late tonight.
Either too angry or lazy to come up with something original, Isaiah Washington released this statement through his publicist:
““I’m mad as hell and I’m not going to take it any more.”

The Donald Calls It Quits
Posted by K.C. Morgan Categories: Prime Time, Reality, NBC, Apprentice, The - Donald, Talent, News
Self-made businessman and New York celebrity Donald Trump has pulled his most surprising stunt of all: he’s fired himself from The Apprentice. Well, sort of. The Donald decided that after six seasons, he’s done with the reality TV show that made him (and his catchphrase) an even bigger household name. Trump says the show has been a success, but he no longer has the time to continue with the project – though the entrepreneur stated he will miss doing the show. Trump’s departure from The Apprentice and NBC doesn’t mean he’s out of the TV loop for good – the tycoon stated that three different networks have asked him to do “a certain show,” and he just might. If it does happen, Trump promises, it’ll be very big. What else could we expect from the Donald?
