Helen Mirren Signs Up For Glee

Dame Helen Mirren is to provide the "inner voice" of a character on Glee. The Oscar-winning actress has recorded lines for an episode of the musical TV show - starring Matthew Morrison, Lea Michele and Heather Morris - where she will be heard but not seen, although the part whose inner thoughts she will be voicing is not known, according to The Wrap.
The episode, titled "Yes/No," will feature Matthew's character Mr. Schuester and Jayma May's Emma prominently. "Helen recorded several long, hilarious monologues recently. She visited the kids on set - they had no idea she was coming and were stunned," a source said.
Glee is renowned for attracting big name stars onto the show, including Gwyneth Paltrow - who played substitute teacher Holly Holliday - and Britney Spears, who appeared as herself. However, Britney's appearance was not easy for the regular cast members of the show as they had to have special security on the day. "What was Britney like? I don't know - I didn't get to meet her. Not many people did. She had pretty big security around her. We actually had security bands to get onto our set that day," Matthew said.

Will Ferrell Dishes on His ‘Office’ Character
Posted by K.C. Morgan Categories: Comedy, Prime Time, NBC, The Office, Gossip
Will Ferrell finally spilled some spoilers from his Office appearance, which will begin this week on NBC. Ferrell will be around for four episodes to help fill the gap that will be left when Michael Scott (Steve Carell) leaves the show.
“My character’s name is Deangelo Vickers,” he revealed to Entertainment Weekly. “He loves the American Southwest, and he’s just kind of in his own way going to step into Michael Scott’s shoes and try to fill them.”
Ferrell is well-known to NBC viewers after his 7-season stint on SNL. But, he had a bigger reason for joining the cast of The Office, however briefly. “I’m friends with Steve [Carell] and a fan of show, and I just selfishly wanted to do one episode with him, and they pitched multiple ones, and I said, ‘that’d be great.’” And we think so too.

Glee Star Wants Justin Bieber

Lea Michele wants Justin Bieber to appear on Glee.
The brunette beauty is excited about forthcoming celebrity cameos in the musical drama series but would love producers to approach the teenage singing sensation about a role in the show.
“I don’t know about Justin Bieber coming on the show, but he would be awesome. But I will tell you this-breaking news from Lea Michele! We have an Academy Award winner coming on Glee in the next few episodes that is not Justin Bieber.”
However, the 24-year-old actress is disappointed she won’t get the chance to get close to Javier Bardem when he makes a guest appearance: “I know the storyline and it’s not with me. Maybe I’ll be like, ‘Don’t I look like Penelope Cruz? Hey, It’s me - I’m Penelope.’”
Justin, 16, may welcome the chance to appear on the show alongside people of a similar age after recently confessing he finds life on the road can get lonely: “Lonely, yeah. I want to hang out with my friends, but I need security. I’m going to get my dog to come on the road in a couple of weeks.”
