Showtime released the trailer for Dexter's upcoming season seven, which undeniably left fans meticulously analyzing its frames.
With all eyes on the brother-sister/lieutenant-criminal relationship between Michael C. Hall's Dexter and Jennifer Carpenter's Deb, little room was left for the rest of the characters, leaving Quinn (Desmond Harrington) and Batista (David Zayas) completely out of the trailer and the new possible baddie, Louis Greene (Josh Cooke), with a mere couple shots.
(Possible spoliers for those who haven't seen season six after the jump)

As if one's love for The Wire couldn't be any greater, Funny or Die -- a comedy site founded by Will Ferrell and Adam McKay -- went and created this.
Sonja Sohn, Andre Royo, Larry Gillard Jr., Felicia "Snoop" Pearson, and Michael Kenneth Williams reprise their roles from the critically-acclaimed HBO series in this hilarious trailer for the imaginary musical. The trailer recreates a few of the show's most famous scenes -- with a lot more singing, dancing, and smiling.
I dare you not to get "Chess is a Metaphor for Drugs" stuck in your head this week.

With nearly just a month to go until the new season of True Blood returns, the showrunners continue to offer up even more delectable teasers on their YouTube page.
In the latest upload, Christopher Meloni of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit fame is unveiled as an upcoming vampire performing some type of ritual. IMDB lists his character as Roman, but the clip seems to indicate that he's also known as the Vampyr (we all know how important he must be if he spells the word in an exotic way). The all-important vampyr combined with the robes and dungeon setting gives me a bit of the Twilight Volturi vibe.
True Blood season 5 premieres on June 10.

Madonna's perfume commercial is too racy for TV. The "Girls Gone Wild" singer's new 30-second black-and-white ad for her Truth or Dare scent have been deemed inappropriate for Disney-owned channel ABC with bosses ordering that shots of her breasts and butt be digitally altered to cover them up.
"ABC viewed the ad [and] came back with a list of changes. They say they want her bra digitally made bigger, and to extend higher to cover more of her chest, and her corset longer to cover more of her bottom. ABC also wants to cut another suggestive scene where Madonna writhes around," a source the New York Post's Page Six.
However, even once the changes have been made, channel bosses have ruled the ad (seen after the jump) can only run after the 9pm watershed, with the exception of daytime show The View.
"ABC has requested some changes be made to the content of the Truth or Dare perfume commercial," another source said.
The Harmon twins haven't even been born yet, and they're already quite the popular pair!
In this sneak peek of this week's American Horror Story, titled "Birth," dead couples Tate/Violet (Evan Peters/Taissa Farmiga) and Chad/Patrick (Zachary Quinto/Teddy Sears) verbally go at each other over who is going to take care of the babies.
Is making Zachary Quinto a regular cast member too much to ask for?
American Horror Story airs on FX at 10 p.m. EST/P.

Without a new beauty or fashion line coming out and little buzz regarding her wedding (at the moment, any way), Kim Kardashian has managed to find a way to win back the spotlight. This time, it takes suing clothing retailer Old Navy for allegedly utilizing her likeness in an advertisement (seen above).
Aside from a few references from her reality show (i.e. dentist visit, paparazzi), the fact that the actress -- Melissa Molinaro, who is dating Kim's ex Reggie Bush might I add -- sings and dances in the ad ought to negate any notions of imitating the
talentless celebrity socialite. Maybe Old Navy just wanted someone who would actually walk her own dog and could do more than warm-up in a pair of shoes.
In all honesty, I feel like The Black-Eyed Peas have a better chance at suing for their likeness!
