Long before real-life dramas were slamming the producers of Dancing With The Stars, another ABC show was plagued with its own list of personal troubles.  Now the creators of Lost have to be asking themselves:  “Is our island really cursed?”

Not wanting to be left out of the glaring media spotlight, actor Daniel Dae Kim stepped up to the plate this morning and got himself arrested.  Kim, who plays Jin-Soo Kwan, was booked early today on suspicion of drunken driving.  The incident happened in Hawaii where the series has been filmed.  Although few details about his incident have been released, we do know he quickly posted bail after a short stay in the police department.

As some of you may recall, this is the third DUI-related arrest for a star from that show.  Lost’s Cynthia Watros and Michelle Rodriguez were both cited for drinking two years ago.  While not related to alcohol, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje (Mr. Eko) was also arrested for driving without a license in 2006.

But troubles for the series’ actors have not been limited to those of the driving kind.  Evangeline Lilly (Kate) lost her Hawaiian home to a fire last year while Josh Holloway (Sawyer) and his wife were robbed by an armed suspect back in 2005.

Anyone want to place a bet on the next Lost detainee?  My bet’s on Hurley.  He’s always had trouble written all over him.
