While Julie Benz keeps her lips sealed when it comes to spoilers on Showtime’s Dexter (her reaction to the spilled beans: “He said that?!”), her co-star James Remar doesn’t seem to share the same worries.

Remar spoke candidly of John Lithgow’s character, Trinity, vaguely explaining that there’s something more to him that we haven’t quite expected. Read on for the spoilers!

“There’s an element to the Trinity Killer (John Lithgow) that has as yet gone undetected. ‘Trinity’ is inaccurate about the pattern of his kills,” Remar said.

Have we not been paying attention to indicators? Sounds like a nice twist; the only problem is that those are usually saved for last, and here we’re only on episode 8. At least we could count on Remar to confirm that: “That’s going to come out really toward the end of the season.”

If only Trinity would kill Quinn and his girlfriend off…
