Courteney Cox had a "blast" reuniting with Matthew Perry on his new show.
The former Friends co-stars - who played married couple Monica and Chandler Bing on the hit sitcom - will appear on screen together once again in his new comedy series, Go On, and Courteney loved working with her one-time TV husband again while shooting her guest spot yesterday.
"Shooting GO ON today and having a blast with Matthew! (sic)" she wrote on Twitter. Courteney, 48, later posted a picture of the pair on set, adding, "My first box husband."
Matthew, 43, was also ecstatic to have his former co-star on the set of his series, tweeting, "Courteney Cox shooting Go On today! She is fantastic, obviously. And my desire to show off in front of her is back in full swing! (sic)"
Alexa Chung is to appear in Gossip Girl.
The 28-year-old British presenter was seen on set in New York City yesterday (01.08.12) sporting full hair and make-up and wearing a blue and red dress for filming. However, it is unclear whether Alexa - who moved here in 2009 - is making a cameo role as herself or making her acting debut as no character details have been released at present. It is yet to be confirmed how many episodes the former model will appear in.
Gossip Girl launched in 2007, and it was recently revealed the forthcoming sixth season will be the last for the drama. Though most of the storyline details have been kept under wraps, it has been disclosed that Serena Van der Woodsen - played by Blake Lively - is to have an eventful series. "Serena has gone off the grid, beyond even the reach of Gossip Girl. Her friends fear for the worst and hope for the best, but even they can't imagine where they will ultimately find her," a spokesperson said.
Alexa follows in the footsteps of Elizabeth Hurley, who appeared in the fifth series of the show.
Kristin Chenoweth has been released from hospital after being injured on the set of The Good Wife.
The 43-year-old actress - who plays a political reporter in the fourth season of the CBS drama - is now recovering at home after being treated at Bellevue Hospital after being hit by a piece of lighting equipment that the wind had blown out of place while shooting a scene. Kristin received treatment at the scene yesterday before being rushed to hospital after she was struck by the lighting silk on Kent Avenue in the Williamsburg area of Brooklyn, and she was thought to have hit her head on the ground when she fell.
"Kristin has been released from the hospital and is home recovering. She thanks everyone for their prayers and well wishes," her representative said in a statement.
Following the incident, Will and Grace actor Sean Hayes - who starred opposite the blonde beauty in Broadway production Promises, Promises in 2010 - took to his Twitter account to wish the 43-year-old star a speedy recovery: "Sending out my love and wishes for a speedy recovery to my former leading lady, @KChenoweth."
Kristin Chenoweth was rushed to hospital on Wednesday after being injured on the set of The Good Wife.
The 43-year-old actress - who has joined season four of the CBS drama, playing a political reporter - was hit by a piece of the lighting equipment while shooting a scene on Kent Avenue in the Williamsburg area of Brooklyn and taken to Bellevue Hospital for treatment.
"This afternoon, while filming a scene for The Good Wife in Brooklyn, a gust of wind blew a lighting silk out of place striking actress Kristin Chenoweth. She received treatment on the scene by the show's medic until a New York Fire Department emergency medical team arrived and transported her to the hospital. All of us at the studio and the show are thinking about Kristin and wishing her a quick recovery," a statement from CBS read.
It is believed the injuries are minor although Kristin is thought to have hit her head on the ground when she fell. According to TV Line, the actress was forced to postpone a magazine photo shoot she had booked for today.
Eva Longoria says Teri Hatcher is a "loner."
The 37-year-old beauty has dismissed claims of a feud with her former Desperate Housewives co-star, but admits the actress would purposely distance herself from socializing with the rest of the cast.
"You know, Teri was just a loner. I don't know. Me and Marcia [Cross] and Felicity [Huffman] were a lot closer because we are just girlie girls who like to be in each other's company. Teri didn't. There was no bad blood, I think that was just the way it was," she said.
Eva's former co-star Nicollette Sheridan recently sued the program's creators for unfair dismissal and despite the claims she made against the show, the brunette star insists the legal battle hasn't affected her relationship with the actress. "We were pretty removed from the court case. But Nicollette is great, she is a great girl. She's funny, she's really a broad. She's just a fun girl to hang out with," she said.
It was recently revealed that Teri's name was noticeably left off the notes attached to the farewell presents Eva, Marcia , Felicity and Vanessa Williams gave to the crew when 'Desperate Housewives' came to an end.
Christina Aguilera gets fined for being "consistently about two hours late" to the set of The Voice.
Bosses of the NBC series are now looking to increase the undisclosed amount the 31-year-old singer - who is a coach on the talent show - is required to pay for her poor punctuality in the hope that the financial hit "bothers her" and inspires her to turn up on set at the correct time during the third season.
"Christina is consistently about two hours late. For season three this has got to stop. Whatever her fine is now doesn't bother her. She has so much money she probably doesn't notice. Higher-ups on the show want to raise it to a number that does bother her so she actually arrives on time," a source said.
Christina's time management issues are also said to have angered her fellow coaches, Adam Levine, Cee Lo Green and Blake Shelton, who reportedly "can't stand" her lateness. "They can't stand how late she is. They know she's a girl and she takes longer to get ready, but this is ridiculous. And when she gets to set she still has to go through hair and makeup," the source said.
Eva Longoria has been stealing from the Desperate Housewives set. The 37-year-old actress wanted mementos from the eight years on the series - which will come to an end this month - but admitted bosses had to stop her from taking more items and she is trying to conceal what she has already taken.
"I have stolen some stuff but I'm not going to tell you exactly what because they'll ask for it back. They've already told me, 'Stop stealing things.' I don't want them to know what it is that I have stashed away. What I really want are the Warhols but I haven't found them!" she said.
Eva has admitted the read-through of the final script of the series turned into a "crying fest" because she and her co-stars Brenda Strong, Felicity Huffman and Marcia Cross were overwhelmed with emotion: "It was a crying fest. Brenda couldn't get through her voice-overs. I couldn't get through my dialogue."
"We sat there crying, hugging and reminiscing," Felicity added.
"It was a sweet, private moment for us," Marcia said.
